Go to urgent care: If no dr, go to urgent care. You can try an antifungal, but it's best to have a diagnosis and cause before treating, especially with the prevalence of stds.

Get a doctor: You dont want to start using products to treat something without a specific diagnosis. You could cause allergic reactions to develop that will make the situation worse. Best to go to a local walk-in clinic for evaluation.
