May be fatal depends: Hope you are not intentionally considering overdosing on antidepressants, if so please talk to a therapist or psychiatrist about your feelings. Overdosing on any medications including antidepressant could be fatal.

Agree w Dr Onuoha,: Ssri's are not as serious in overdose as tricyclic antidepressants. They can easily be lethal. Are you considering taking an overdose. You can call the national suicide hotlines 24/7 at 1-800-suicide (1-800-784-2433) or 1-800-273 – talk (1-800-273-8255). If you have active suicide thoughts that please be seen at your nearest er. Psychiatric/ psychological follow up is also important.
