A few things..: Stomach upset can be a common symptom associated with anxiety. To help this, prior to typical trigger situations, make sure you eat but try to eat something light and somewhat bland, which will help settle your stomach. Also, brief relaxation exercises (e.g. Breathe in for 4, hold for 7, out for 8) used in the moment can also help calm an anxious stomach.

Stress management...: There are some simple stress management techniques that you can learn quickly, but i would also encourage you to get into psychotherapy & start talking about what is stressing you out. Depending on what the stomach problems are, you should also see your primary care physician to make sure you have not caused any physical damage. Let me know how if you need additional help.
