Low Sex Drive: If due to medication (ssri-decreased sexual interest, arousal or orgasm), often wellbutrin (bupropion) is added to treat this side effect. Alternative options include: sildenafil, pramipexole, ropinirole, and yohimbine. The chemical Cabergoline has fully restored orgasm in 1/3rd of anorgasmic subjects, and partially restored orgasm in another 1/3rd of subjects. Seek help; don't stop treatment!

Gingko: In addition to dr. Cribari's comments, the herb gingko has also been used to combat ssri-related sexual side effects. So has yohimbine bark extract. Various epimedium species have also been used, especially for erectile dysfunction. Each of these needs to be researched carefully, and any medications you're already on considered before use. Consult your doctor for individual help.

'Horny Goat Weed': First step, make sure you are in good overall health, as low libido may point to a nutritional or metabolic disorder. As for herbs, 'Horny Goat Weed' has been used for eons - and is reported to help. I can tell you, the tea made from it tastes like dirty socks, but works.. Best Wishes.. Dr. Steve
