Fatigue: If you're having av node ablation for a tachycardia which is causing the symptom of fatigue; then it is possible the fatigue will remit with resolution of the tachycardia.

Av node: You probably have atrial fibrillation with rapid conduction down the av node, which can lead to symptoms
