Every 12 hrs: By the way, you should not use salmeterol by itself to control your asthma. A steroid inhaler should be the primary drug for asthma control. Using salmeterol or any type of bronchodilator without an inhaled steroid may make your asthma worse even though you may get transient relief from its use.
