Is it ok to clean my belly piercing with ivory soap?

Body Piercings: Half-fill a cup with saline solution you prepared. For body piercings on larger body, invert the cup with saline solution to create a vacuum. Leave the body piercings soaked in this warm saline water for about five minutes each day. For smaller body parts, dip cotton balls in the saline solution and clean the body piercings with these cotton balls.
