What can i do if my friend is anorexic and i'm not sure how to help her?

Difficult: True anorexia is a deep seated, psycho-sexual problem resistant to much therapy. No drugs can help. It needs an intensive, and well organized program of counseling and supervision. You can only encourage her to seek help, but in fact the mortality rate with this serious problem is quite high.
