Overcoming anorexia: It is so good that you have insight, self awareness, and hope and desire about this. First, be thoughtful - why were you anorexic? What were your thoughts then? Now, accept yourself, have friends / and a counselor for feedback and accountability. Eat with a purpose - to honor your body, to honor your mind, soul, and self, and to be healthy. Daily eat fruit, veg, healthy protein, fiber foods.
