The best way to avoid weight gain this christmas?

Continue life: I always say, if you were fine before christmas with eating and exercise, continue doing the same thing as if it were not christmas. If you eat more, exercise more, but it is still best to do the same thing you were always doing and you'll be fine. Enjoy your christmas and give yourself a little leeway, you're young with so much ahead of you.

What are the best foods for weight gain?

1 doctor answer1 doctor weighed in
Dr. Dean Giannone

Eat, eat, eat.: You can gain calories by just eating more food. People tend to gain weight with meat because it's more calorie-dense than other foods, but you'd gain more weight by just eating more of less calorie-dense foods. Just keep it healthy - there's a difference between gaining muscle weight and just getting fat.
