Benign finding: Calcifications in the uterus tend to be benign findings. Most commonly, these are associated with fibroids. In your particular case, the punctate calcifications may be related two small submucosal fibroids. Less commonly, microcalcifications can form in endometrium, although this is usually seen in older women with atrophic endometrium; these have shown to be benign, incidental finding.
