How can i alleviate discomfort (no headaches tho) from swelling/edema until i can be seen by my doctor? possibly hyponatremia due to trileptal.

Salt restriction: Always best. Loop diuretics can be used in hyponatremia from Trileptal (causing siadh). Hyponatremia from Trileptal should be treated with water restriction if no alternative to Trileptal is available.
