Hemorrhoid Possibly: You may have a hemorrhoid if it is right on or coming out of anus itself --try otc hemorroidal creams and also not sitting for long periods of times also epsom salt baths at night and using tuck's pads for toilet wiping can hep as well if not getting better have doctor check.
