Avoid meds: At 36 weeks nasal saline for a "cold" to clear your nose is the best. Avoid otc cold remedies at this point during pregnancy. If febrile see you ob, because many things can cause you feel febrile including chorioamnionitis, a uti, or even sinusitis. See you ob.

Check with OB MD: This is a question you need to ask your OB md first who knows your history. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is generally regarded as safe in pregnancy but "nothing" is a better option for you and the baby.
