I have a rash that almost looks like bug bites that started on my legs but seems to be spreading and very itchy and painful any thoughts as what it is?

Rash: This rash could be hives or irritation from shaving (most common), when from shaving it is usually when you use a razor with more than 2 blades and try to get a close shave. If hives they only last in each spot for less than a day. Need to see and md for best advice. Can take benadryl/use calamine and stop shaving for awhile.
