See Answer: Would recommend that you look at what is causing you to feel overwhelmed first. It is important to approach life in a stepwise fashion and eat the "pie" as it were one slice at a time. Given your underlying medical condition it could very well be that this is a pretty "full plate" already. Get support from family and friends to see if they can help you and perhaps see dr about increasing zoloft (sertraline).

Overwhelmed: I agree with dr. Considine about the effect medical illness often has on people, and that this can contribute to feelings of overwhelm. Dealing with brain tumors can be frightening, plus also lead to an extremely complex schedule of doctors' appointments & treatments. You would need support in such circumstances, and to limit what you try to do at one time. Please talk w/your doc about this!
