Should be fine . . .: . . . As long as you ensure that irritation is indeed kept out of the equation. Anything that can stimulate even mild healing (such as from irritation or inflammation) can cause an excessive unwanted (scar) response from tissues whose metabolism is accelerated by Accutane therapy. Be careful, but you're wise to ask!
