One way to know: Suggest you check a urine pregnancy test, either from the store or go to a doctor’s office for a more accurate results. If the test is positive, you may need an ultrasound, an OB exam, and bloodwork depending on your dates. If you are having regular monthly periods, it’s unlikely you are pregnant, but you need to test at the least to be more certain of what’s going on.
