Depends: Coryza can be caused by infection as well as allergies. There are some other less common causes as well. If this has been ongoing for more than a few weeks it's unlikely to be a typical cold. You can try antihistamines.Nasal steroids are sometimes used as well. The best thing however would be to see your doc.
