Could you tell me what stage 2 kidney disease is and what the cure for it is?

Staging system: Approximately 60-90% of max predicted kidney function. Doesn't describe the cause or the treatment however.

CKD stage 2: Ckd class 2 means a GFR between 60-90 ml/min. The person should be evaluated for conditions known to cause ckd, diabetes and hypertension, among others. A ua should be done to see if there is blood and a 24 hour urine should be collected to see how much protein is in the urine. Blood work needs to be obtained to arrive at a cause for the ckd. Once these results are in, answers can be given.
