Anxiety: Anxiety can range from feelings of unease and tension, all the way to extreme fear and panic. There can be chronic, intense worrying. It usually also includes some physical symptoms such as muscle tension; rapid, shallow breathing; fast heart rate; sweating; dry mouth; tremulousness; numbness & tingling around mouth or extremities; feelings of choking; nausea; dizziness; diarrhea, etc.
