Sexual side effects: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has been associated with sexual side effects such as decreased sex drive and erectile dysfunction. Since these occur so infrequently, it is difficult to tell if it is an effect of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or some other cause. Consult your doctor. Options include changing medicaitons, adjusting dose or the use of erectile dysfunction medications.
