Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Side effects include irritability, restlessness, an increase in activity and shortened attention span, headache, high blood pressure, decreased appetite, insomnia easy frustration are the most common. Hallucinations are rare. Despite being a stimulant, Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can cause lethargy.
