Habit forming/Addict: There is no doubt that even less than weekly smoking in most people leeds to more smoking habit and ultimately addiction in my opinion.But if by occasional smoking you mean occasional cigarette in less than a week and then not smoking later, than there is no risk but occasional smoking is known to lead to more smoking habit and addiction so i will advice do not do it.
