As your doctor Rx'ed: Take it the way your doctor prescribed it. If it was diverted to you than that's a mute point. Go on suboxone.Com and educate yourself. Basically, you want to be in a state of moderately severe withdrawal. Look up clinical opiate withdrawal scale. Induction can be tricky & suggest seeing a doctor + you need education on od prevention in case of relapse.
