Wean yourself: Wean yourself slowly. You don't want to go through caffeine withdrawal. Start by cutting your normal amount in half, in a few days to a week, cut the amount you take in half again. I recommend replacing it with water, since water is the healthiest. There are alternatives such as green tea or coffee which also contain caffeine and antioxidants.
