Ice it 1st 48 hrs: And baby the arm. Then heat or ice after. Use Ibuprofen or naproxen, and/or a muscle relaxant for pain. Starting using the arm more like normal after 1st 2 days, gradually if possible. Avoid the activity that pulled the muscle!
