May be important: The most worrisome cause is angina, meaning insufficient blood flow to the heart; it could be insufficient blood flow to the arteries to the left jaw and arm when activity increases and more blood is needed (peripheral vascular disease) - also important; or it may be fibromyalgia or other chronic pain syndrome -- not worrisome.
