Nitrolingual (nitroglycerin) spray: The spray form of nitroglycerine has a very rapid onset of action. It is a vasodilator so that low blood volume, fever and vasodilation, low blood pressure and stroke volume all have the potential for serious hypotension to be caused by the use of the agent.
