What to do if i have a lump in the middle of stomach below my rib cage what could it be?

? hernia: A weakness in the wall of the abdomen may allow a buldge of the stomach (actually is the intestines ) and can cause a hernia. Need a physical exam to confirm and see if any other intervention is neccessary.
