Not normally: Sperm r produced by testes, they migrate thru epipidymis which produces liqiud secretion to carry sperm to & thru vas deferens which ends in ejaculatory ducts where secretions from seminal vesicals r added. Ejaculatory (e) duct passes thru prostate, where milky prostatic fluid is added before discharge into urethra. Urine can reflux into e ducts. E ducts can get blocked preventing exit of semen.
