Spironolactone?: I am going to assume that benzoyl peroxide failed, you saw your physician and has successive failures with topical retinoic acid derivatives, topical clindamycin, and at least one systemic antibiotic, perhaps a tetracycline. Isotretinoin always does something & i'm assuming you're dissatisfied. Talk with your physician about adding spironolactone to a regimen, and good luck.
