Seen 30lbs, No & Yes: Have seen up to 30 lbs; elderly lady (~150 lbs usually), who had developed intense constipation+small bowel obstruction+feculent vomiting but delayed wks before asking help. Bloating=intestinal enlargement with air, no ↑wt. & water, ↑wt. Constipation=retained material, water+greater-density-material (50% bacteria): left over food+material body is removing (& bacteria living off/in this material).
