Does it hurt to get a triangular fibrocartilage complex repair done?

Somewhat: Alll surgery hurts to one degree or another. Tfcc surgery/repairs are often done arthroscopically which would minimize the pain. Anticipate being immobilized in a splint and taking narcotic meds to control your pain symptoms for a couple of weeks.
