No: If u do not bleed at all then u do not have a period, except the very rare condition where the flow is obstructed and would be refluxed through your tubes into the pelvis, if u have bad pain at the time when your period should be and no bleeding , please see your gyn and if u are not getting periods anyway u need to see your gyn.
