Hard to say: You need to see your pediatrician or family md for a full physical exam and lab studies. The differential diagnosis of fatigue is long and includes a long list of medical and psychiatric disorders. If the primary care md finds nothing, he may need to refer you to a specialist to look into some less common conditions.
