can i combine diabetes drugs and multivitamins at the same time?

Yes: The diabetes drugs are probably essential, the vitamins probably don't help anything but may make you feel better emotionally, get the cheapest ones you can, as they're all essentially the same and take them only with meals. Eat a healthy diet, and you probably don't need them.
