Food allergy: Any food allergy is bad, but you don't describe your symptoms. Did you get tested to find out if you are truly allergic? If so you need to avoid them. Most adults are intolerant to milk and not allergic to it, but fish is another story. See an allergist and get tested if you have not done so.
