Take pregnancy test: Sometimes even if you think you had a period, you can be pregnant. It is easy and quick to test with the over the counter tests. If you are not pregnant, and the nausea continues, you can see your health care provider to discuss other causes.

Pregnant?: If you think you may have conceived, get a kit of urine test strips from your friendly pharmacist and check yourself in 7-10 days after the time in which you may have gotten pregnant and if negative, again in the same time delay. If not, do not necessarily ascribe your nausea to a problem involving your menses. See a doctor.
