Gynecologic vs. g.i: I would recommend you see a gynecologist first. Although gastrointestinal issues like ibs are in the differential. More likely this could be menstrual cramps, pevlic inflammatory disease or ovarian cyst which a gynecologist would be better at diagnosing.
