Do alive vitamins have any side effects? are they better than other traditional vitamins?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Should be fine: From reading their ads, they are multivitamin tablets mixed in with extract of a large number of plants (oranges, marigolds, horsetail grass, a dozen different mushrooms) to make them glitzy so that people will pay a lot more. If your personal physician thinks they offer any advantage beyond glamor, i would be surprised. I feel a daily vitamin supplement's worthwhile, others here don't. Cheers.
