Possible: I'm more worried about the chapstick than the cigarette. Smoking is short intermittent touches to your lips, less likely for transmission. On the other hand, if she infected your chapstick and then you used it and it sat with virus on your lips for hours - not so good. I would be very aware of any lesions that even feel like they are developing, as there are antivirals that can be used.
