Possibly: If there is sperm on your hand when you rub yourself, you could possibly become pregnant. Unprotected intercourse is much more likely to accomplish this, but transfer of semen from hand into vagina could conceivably happen as well.

Very unlikely: But anytime sperm get inside the vagina there is a possibility of pregnancy. If you have any concerns, take a pregnancy test if your next period is not on time.

Possibly: If there is fresh ejaculate or pre-ejaculate on the fingers and they are inserted into the vagina that could cause pregnancy. Similarly if there is sperm on the hand and one begins rubbing the introitus, then sperm could find it's way into the vagina.
