had unprotected sex and took the pill late that night i then stopped taking the pill to start my period i have cramps and spotting, i never spot, preg?

Check a test : If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. Always use over the counter Plan B if ontercourse was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy. See you doc for birth control if preg test is negative.
