Your Dr's input.: In general 1 mg of melatonin can be an appropriate starting dose. But- you need to talk to your own doctor before you start any new herbal or supplement. Your doctor knows you better than a doctor on the internet. Take care.

Melatonin: I would recommend very low dose, on "as needed basis", between 0.5 & 1 mg.
