Vitamin: There are two types of vitamins. Water soluble vitamins are a & c, which are usually excreted out via kidneys in 24 hours. The other vitamins are fat soluble, a, d, e & k. They are usually stored in body fat and may last for months. Sometimes, it may result in high fat soluble vitamins in the body, leading to "vitamin toxicity". Please discuss with your doctor before starting vitamins.
