I got tested for hiv which came back nonreactive. does that mean i dint have herpes either? i haven't had an outbreak, it's been atleast 7 months

Herpes and HIV: I may be missing something in your question but an HIV test will not ever also test for herpes and vice versa. They are different tests. If you know you have herpes why are you wanting to test again?

No: No it only means you are negative for hiv, if you were ever possitive for herpes you have the virus for life, there is medicine you can take to prevent outbreaks however.
