1-2 weeks: I assume we are not talking about after hemorrhoid surgery...If you have aggravated internal/external hemorrhoids, treatments such as stool softeners, fiber therapy, Hydrocortisone foam and sitz baths with epsom salts 4-8 times daily, relieves most hemorrhoidal crises within 1-2 weeks, or less if not severe.
