Seek medical help: At 57 years old, you should be menopausal. Post menopausal bleeding from the uterus should be evaluated for tumors or cancers. You should contact your gynecologist who can perform and endometrial biopsy in the office or hysteroscopy to evaluate. Dont delay. Blood could also be from the vagina if you have thinning of the skin or from urethra. See your doctor.
