Cyst?lipoma?others: You should have it checked as we can tell you what it may be without examination and feeling the lump.It may be s cyst, lipoma(fatty tumor)or some other condition.It is unlikely to be a cancer but without proper evaluation no one can be sure .So have it checked.

Likely lipoma : Lipoma (benign fatty tumors) or other benign growth and tumors are likely. Any new or changing lumps should be evaluated by your doctor.

Lipoma: Soft and mobile are usually signs of a benign tumor. But the only way to know for sure is to do a biopsy.
